Vijaya Mahila Mandal Nandurbar is an organization that has been functioning for the past 22 years. 7 members are working in the organization. Medical assistance is provided to people in rural and tribal areas. Also, guidance is provided by the organization on alcohol ban and dowry ban.

In order not to waste the monsoon water, the organization uses public participation to divert water from the water. Forest dams were built for this purpose. Drainage and drains are helping the water percolate into the soil around the river.

Through the organization, out-of-school children meet their parents to convince them of the importance of education and provide information about tribal dialects.

Farmers are trained on how to use drippers and guided by agricultural experts. In Nandurbar district, the purpose of our organization is to empower the small landholders and laborers to increase their livelihood and also to develop forest lands as there are more people of Anu tribe in Nandurbar district.

Also group marriages of nomadic Jamat, scheduled caste/tribe boys and girls from economically weaker households will be arranged. Also, our organization is secretly working to prevent child marriage in rural areas.

It is planned to plant trees during the rainy season by donating this labor through people's participation. It includes wad, pimpal, lemon, and bell etc. Trees will be planted.
